The Leatherback Turtle gets its name from its prized rubbery and oily shell. It is the largest of the sea turtles and can grow to as much as 2000 pounds! It loves to eat jellyfish and, because of its unique size and shell shape, it is able to dive deeper, swim farther, and swim in colder water than other sea turtles.
